OASIS C2: Mastering M-items for ImprovingPatient Outcomes & Reimbursement Accuracy
*On-Site registrations are subject to an additional $50.00 fee per registrant.
OASIS has seen numerous changes and updates in the past 10 years. While the OASIS is just a document, when submitted to CMS, it is the sole indication that your agency is being compliant, achieving maximum outcomes, deserves reimbursement. It is imperative that your staff understands the intent of each item on the OASIS and answers each item
correctly based on individual patients. Jennifer Warfield BSN, COS-C, HCS-D will walk you through the most pressing OASIS items that affect reimbursement and outcomes.
Participants will be able to:
- Discuss the general purpose of transition to OASIS-C2
- Recognize and understand time points, conventions and demographics
- Understand OASIS-C2 Conventions & Guidelines
- Identify and understand general conventions and item-by-item guidelines
