Our 1-day policy conference highlights the latest policy & regulatory changes affecting home care providers in the state.

 

Audience

The policy conference is designed for home health, PCA and hospice professionals. This year, we anticipate the conference to draw approximately 125 industry leaders, decision makers and agency owners.

Sponsorship Layout and WIFI

This conference will provide you with opportunities to network with the attendees throughout the day. The conference center has complimentary WIFI.

 

Want to Add Additional Reps or Change Names?

The sponsorship fees include two complimentary event registrations. Additional representatives will be charged the posted registration rates. If you did not list the names of your representatives or need to change them, please contact Annie Xiong.

 

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are included with your sponsorship package for two reps. The conference center offers a buffet style breakfast and lunch that can accommodate most diets (vegetarian, gluten free). If you have special medically necessary dietary restrictions, please contact Allison Kindseth.

 

EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Exhibit registrations are non-refundable after September 15th. Cancellations made prior to September 15th will be refunded less a $25 processing fee.  Sponsorships are non-refundable. In order to be secured or promoted, the sponsorship must be paid in full.
