DESCRIPTION

Confused about OASIS-D? Down in the dumps about OASIS-D? Join J’non Griffin with Home Health Solutions LLC as we traverse the complete world of OASIS-D, looking at the M00 items that made the cut plus the new GG and J sections. We will look at the guidance for all items along with up-to-date examples, discuss assessment strategies and answer the most common FAQ we have encountered. At the completion of the program, agencies and clinicians can feel confident that they are assessing all the items appropriately and painting the best picture of their patients at any OASIS timepoint.

OBJECTIVES

  • The learner will identify new and changed items.
