Our Fall Conference is designed for home care, PCA and hospice leaders. Sessions focus on policy changes to the industry, payment reform, workforce solutions and technology innovations that can help home care agencies succeed. With these featured topics, the majority of attendees at the Fall Conference are directors, c-suite leaders, or owners, that come to learn about the topics shaping the future of the home care and hospice industry.

THE FINE PRINT

 

Expo Layout and Format

This conference will provide you with opportunities to network with the attendees during expo hours, over lunch, and during breaks.

 

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are included with your sponsorship or exhibitor package for two reps. The conference center offers a buffet style breakfast and lunch that can accommodate most diets (vegetarian, gluten free). If you have special medically necessary dietary restrictions, please contact Melissa Stenberg.

 

Display Restrictions

All display items must be within the confines of the tabletop area – no banners/counters/etc. on the floor and nothing in the aisle without prior approval by show coordinator. Absolutely no glitter or confetti allowed. No open flames allowed.

 

Electrical / WiFi

Complementary electricity (you bring the extension cord and power strip). Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the Continuing Education and Conference Center. Should you need a wired internet connection, please contact Melissa Stenberg for more information. Wired internet connections are subject to an additional fee and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

Your Exhibit Space

Tabletop displays are assigned based on sponsorship and the date payment is received in full. MHCA does not assume responsibility for location of exhibit space selected or its proximity to any other exhibitors. Exhibit space may not be shared with other vendors.

Want to add additional reps or change names? Tabletop display fees include two complimentary representatives. Additional representatives will be charged $150. If you did not list the names of your representatives or need to change them, please contact Acacia Fritz.

 

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sponsorships are non-refundable and may not be promoted or secured, until paid in full.

 

Additional Rules of Conduct – Suitcasing Policy

Exhibitors will not distribute souvenirs or coupons outside of the exhibitor’s paid-for display space, post signs or other advertising displays elsewhere in the facility or sponsor any event that conflicts with the conference or affiliated events. Any distribution of sales materials or business cards or the attempt to solicit business from exhibitors or show visitors by non-exhibiting companies is a form of criminal trespass and strictly prohibited; violators will be removed by security. Please report any such activity to MHCA staff – violators are unfairly and unethically taking business and attention away from you, the paying participant. Exhibitors are discouraged from entering drawings for other exhibitors’ show prizes.
