Minnesota HomeCare Association (MHCA) is a statewide, non-profit association whose mission is to promote the delivery of quality care in a variety of home living environments. We represent more than 150 diverse home care organizations that provide hands-on care to Minnesota residents. MHCA provides a variety of services to members including information, education, advocacy for adequate reimbursement and appropriate regulation for home care, and a code of ethics for home care. MHCA is recognized as the “voice of home care” for the state of Minnesota. WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NOTICE?
Yes, all registrants are emailed a confirmation immediately following the completion of their online registration. If you would like the confirmation email to go to another person, you may forward it on, or contact us. If you have not received a confirmation notice within 24 hours after completing the online registration, please call MHCA at 651-635-0607 to confirm receipt of your registration.
ARE HANDOUTS AVAILABLE AT THE CONFERENCE?
You can print the speaker handouts beginning October 15 and up to three weeks following the conference. As we receive handouts from the presenters, we will post them on our conference app*. In some cases, the presenters will bring materials that will be used interactively.
*The link to the handouts is available to registrants only and will be included on the final confirmation email. If you do not receive the final confirmation notice, by October 15, please call MHCA at 651-635-0607 to confirm receipt of your registration.
CAN I BRING MY LAPTOP TO THE SESSIONS?
Yes, you may! The conference center has complimentary WI-FI. However, there may not be enough outlets to charge your computer.

The connection is good for five hours of access. If more is needed, simply reconnect.
We are dedicated to providing and promoting quality education. This program has been designed to meet the continuing education requirements for the Minnesota Board of Nursing for contact hours. Application is being made to the Minnesota Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators for clock hours.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Since the atmosphere is a relaxed convention setting, appropriate dress for the conference is business casual. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket or sweater as it is difficult to maintain the perfect temperature in the meeting rooms.
WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
The conference center offers a buffet style breakfast and lunch that can accommodate most diets (vegetarian, gluten free). If you have medically necessary dietary restrictions, please contact MHCA by October 14.
MHCA has secured a block of rooms at the Radisson in Roseville. Please refer to the conference’s Travel page for more detail.

Parking at the University of Minnesota is subject to an additional fee. Please refer to the conference's Travel page for more detail.
Please see map on the Travel page. There is handicap parking in Parking Lot S104. This lot is adjacent to the CECC. Elevators are available inside the CECC.
WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DESK?
You will find us on the upper level, just inside the front entrance.
