The William A. Dombi Advocate Award, established by the Minnesota Home Care Association’s Board of Directors in 2024, following the retirement of the National Association of Home Care & Hospice’s CEO, Bill Dombi, is a prestigious honor established
to recognize outstanding individuals who have made significant advocacy contributions to the home care community.

MHCA Home Care Professional of the Year
The Minnesota Home Care Association Home Care Professional of the Year is someone who exemplifies the “spirit of home care.” They are an employee of a member agency who assists clients or the organization.
