Rebecca K. Coffin is a Partner with the law firm of Voigt, Rodè, Boxeth & Coffin, practicing in health law including accounts receivable, regulatory compliance and HIPAA compliance.  Ms. Coffin represents providers on nursing home and home care licensing including change of ownership and bed relocation transactions. Ms. Coffin also practices in employment law and advises clients on a variety of employment and labor issues. She currently represents a number of nursing homes, home care agencies and housing with services providers.

KARI EVERSON, RN, BSN, MSN, MHA, LNHA, President, Euvoia Senior Care Consulting, LLC

Kari Everson is a diverse and highly experienced clinical and operations professional with 25 years in the senior care industry. Ms. Everson has experience leading clinical and operations teams. She has served as a clinical educator in post-secondary nursing programs and in health care organizations. She has assisted with systemic conversions and strategic planning in senior housing and skilled nursing communities. Ms. Everson has strong clinical expertise particularly related to assessment, care delivery, compliance, and quality and consulting roles include interim administrative and clinical positions, survey and regulatory recovery, compliance, systems development and education.
