Who we are

Minnesota Home Care Association (MHCA) is a non-profit trade association with over 100 home care agency members representing a total average daily census of 49,000. MHCA members include Basic license, Comprehensive license, hospice agencies, Medicare-certified, and PCA providers.

Exhibit at our Annual Meeting. Over 150 members attend the Annual Meeting, which will be at the Breezy Point Resort in Breezy Point, MN, October 7-9, 2026.
Attend MHCA education events at a discounted member rate or sponsor member meetings to network and build relationships with members.
Access member resources on our website and receive the semi-monthly Informer.
Show support of home care providers, as we address issues such as quality ratings, payment reform and workforce shortages and advocate for regulatory and legislative enhancements.

The Fine Print

Deadlines

To get the maximum benefit of the sponsorship packages, sign up as soon as possible to get everything that the sponsorship package includes (no prorating).

Sign up by September 1, 2026 to get everything that the Annual Meeting exhibitor packages include (no prorating). Note: If past this deadline you may not be listed in the final program.

Expo Layout and Format

This conference will provide you with opportunities to network with the attendees during expo hours, over lunch, during breaks, and during the evening social event.

Display Restrictions

All display items must be within the confines of the booth – no banners/counters/etc. on the floor and nothing in the aisle without prior approval by show coordinator. Absolutely no glitter or confetti allowed (violators will be assessed a $200 clean-up fee). No open flames allowed.

Your Exhibit Space

Booths are assigned based on sponsorship and the date payment is received in full. MHCA does not assume responsibility for location of exhibit space selected or its proximity to any other exhibitors. Booths may not be shared with other vendors.

Attendance

Event sponsors may attend all days of the conferences. Non-sponsor exhibitors may only attend educational sessions on expo days.

Want to Add Additional Booth Reps or Change Names?

Booth fees include two complimentary booth representatives. Additional representatives will be charged $150. If you did not list the names of your representatives or need to change them, please contact the MHCA at 651-635-0607.

Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

Sponsorships must be paid in full to be secure or promoted. Booths may not be shared with other vendors.

Event sponsorship is not refundable.

Additional Rules of Conduct – Suitcasing Policy

Exhibitors will not distribute souvenirs or coupons outside of the exhibitor’s paid-for display space, post signs or other advertising displays elsewhere in the conference center, or sponsor any event that conflicts with the expo. Any distribution of sales materials or business cards or the attempt to solicit business from exhibitors or show visitors by non-exhibiting companies is a form of criminal trespass and strictly prohibited; violators will be removed by security. Please report any such activity to MHCA staff – violators are unfairly and unethically taking business and attention away from you, the paying participant. Exhibitors are discouraged from entering drawings for other exhibitors’ show prizes.

MHCA Business Partner Membership

Business Partners are organizations, vendors, or individuals affiliated with health-related organizations, interested in home health care through the provision of services or products to our industry, or recognized as having contributed to the promotion of home care. Examples include suppliers of equipment, services and technology to home care agencies.

Note: Business Partners of MHCA are non-voting members. Organizations eligible for "Provider" member status are not eligible to join as a "Business Partner" member. Dues or gifts to MHCA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes.

MHCA membership dues are non-refundable.
