The Minnesota Home Care Foundation (MHCF) is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization directly affiliated with MHCA and designed to conduct home care initiatives throughout Minnesota. The 501 (c)(3) status allows MHCF to accept tax-deductible donations and seek funding via grant opportunities so we can continue to support your agencies and you can stay focused on caring for patients.
