Course Overview

Home Health Nuts & Bolts© is a comprehensive 101/201‑level course designed for professionals who work in — or support — home health agencies and need a strong, working command of how home health operates within today’s regulatory and payment environment.

This training provides a structured, in‑depth review of the core regulatory, clinical, and operational requirements that govern home health practice. While foundational in scope, the content is substantive and detailed, reflecting the level of understanding required to support compliant operations, accurate documentation, and survey readiness.

Delivered primarily through expert-led instruction with real-time interaction, the course walks participants through the essential building blocks of home health — including patient eligibility, documentation expectations, payment and quality programs, and Conditions of Participation — with a consistent focus on how these requirements are applied, reviewed, and cited in real-world settings.

Whether you are newer to home health, transitioning into a support or oversight role, or looking to strengthen your foundational knowledge, Home Health Nuts & Bolts© builds the critical framework needed to understand how patient care, documentation, compliance, reimbursement, and survey risk intersect across the life of a home health episode.
