Hotel InformationThe in-person workshop will take place at WellSky World Headquarters (11300 Switzer Road, Overland Park, KS 66210). A discounted room block is available exclusively for attendees at the DoubleTree by Hilton Kansas City – Overland Park, with reservations required by October 12, 2026. Complimentary transportation will be provided between the hotel and WellSky World Headquarters for in-person participants.

CONFIRMATION
For virtual attendees, handouts will be available for download within the course in the WellSky Learning Center (WLC). Registrants will receive an automated email with instructions for accessing the course.
The Zoom link and downloadable handouts will be posted in the course approximately two weeks before the event.
For in-person attendees, the handouts will be available on the course page. In addition, printed copies will be provided at check-in on November 3.
EDUCATION PAYMENT POLICY
Non-Members – Payment in full is required upon registration.
Members – Outstanding invoices 30 days after an event date will incur a $25 late fee per registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations from non-members must be in writing via email and received by MHCA on or before Tuesday, October 20, 2026 to receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee (per registration). No refunds for cancellations made after the cancellation deadline or for no-shows.
