Because registration is limited to 1,000 sites, Hospices are encouraged to coordinate internally to prevent duplicate registrations and to allow as many hospices as possible to participate. Registrants will receive information via email on how to join the session as well as audioconference information.
For those unable to participate, the session will be recorded and posted on PEPPERresources.org in the Hospice "Training and Resources" section by May 9, 2017.
