On Thursday, December 7, Minnesota physicians and staff who certify home health services are encouraged to attend a one-hour webinar presented by National Government Services (NGS). The session, which will be held 5:30-6:30 PM, will focus on the important and collaborative role physicians have in documenting the eligibility requirements for home health and sharing that documentation with home health agencies, especially:
Homebound Status
Need for Skilled Services
Face to Face Encounter (F2F)
