The Minnesota Home Care Association (MHCA) has consultants to help answer member questions that span the vast array of issues that home health providers face. The MCHA consultants will answer questions to the best of their ability, based on the information that is provided by the member.
Appropriate questions for the consultant are those for which you have already attempted to find an answer, but have not been successful. If you have a large number of questions, such as when you are starting a new agency, we may recommend you explore hiring a consultant to work with you. MHCA reserves the right to redirect or return your questions, with explanation, as needed, including seeking input from MHCA Committees and Listservs.
Billing Questions:
MHCA consultants are not specialized billing experts. Some billing requirements will depend on the payer, the county (if a State payer), or your agency specific contract. MHCA recommends the billers listserv for billing related questions. |
