This toolkit was prepared by the Minnesota Home Care Association to serve as orientation materials for home care agencies to more efficiently onboard new employees. It includes general home care orientation materials meant to supplement the agency-specific orientation you will provide. These materials range from RCTC webinars to checklists to reference guides, ensuring a well-rounded education for agency staff.
