Support the Minnesota Home Care Foundation by participating in the Cornhole Tournament! All proceeds benefit the Minnesota Home Care Foundation, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing services, supplies, and education to aid home care agencies across Minnesota. MHCF is currently conducting multiple initiatives to combat the home care workforce, including teaching students about home care career opportunities.

Tournament Details: The cornhole tournament will be played by teams of two in a single-elimination style bracket. Register with your team member, or as an individual and we will pair you with another person. The winning team will be awarded a prize!
