The in-person workshop will take place at WellSky World Headquarters (11300 Switzer Road, Overland Park, KS 66210). A discounted room block is available exclusively for attendees at the DoubleTree by Hilton Kansas City – Overland Park, with reservations required by February 9, 2026. CONFIRMATION

A confirmation will be emailed to you by February 16. This confirmation will include the presentation handouts, CE documents, and information on accessing the webinar. 

EDUCATION PAYMENT POLICY

Non-Members – Payment in full is required upon registration.

Members – Outstanding invoices 30 days after an event date will incur a $25 late fee per registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations from non-members must be in writing via email and received by MHCA on or before Tuesday, April 7, 2026 to receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee (per registration). No refunds for cancellations made after the cancellation deadline or for no-shows.
