BOARD NOMINATIONS

The MHCA leadership development committee is charged with identifying the best candidates to lead the association into the future. We are now seeking nominations for candidates for the MHCA Board of Directors and invite you to nominate yourself or a peer for consideration.

Board Duties & Responsibilities:

• Represent the breadth of the MHCA membership
• Establish policy and direction for the association
• Provide direction to MHCA committees and staff
• Serve as liaison to an MHCA committee
  
• Attend 6 board meetings and other applicable meetings per year
• Board position is a three-year term

What are the ideal candidate qualifications and skills?

• Must be from an MHCA Provider Member
• Leadership experience within the industry
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning
• Engagement with MHCA preferred (e.g. committees, regions)
• Willingness and ability to commit to the vision and mission of MHCA

Vetted candidates will be voted on electronically, and the board term will begin immediately. With your help, we can ensure that the MHCA leadership is composed of individuals who will advance our mission to represent and support Minnesota home care providers committed to high quality home care services.
